Hey, George!

The best way for you to find yourself in a situation where a US agency would send you to work as a model overseas is if the agency you're signed to operates as a "mother agency." So to answer your question, I would need to know what city/state you currently live in so that I can narrow down what agencies are available to you. It is the rule of thumb to submit to agencies within a 2 hour's drive from you. Not all of them work as mother agencies, however, so you'd need to find out that information from the agency websites or by contacting them to inquire about those types of services.

There are tons of international agencies that accept submissions from models in other countries but I would need to know what countries you're interested in working in. Otherwise, the list of agency names and websites would be much too long and all over the place. So aside from telling me the city/state you live in, I would also need to know the names of the countries you're thinking about seeking agencies at.

The most notable US agencies that also have offices in other countries include Next, Ford, IMG and Elite. However, they specialize in high fashion and runway models, not commercial/print models.

Not many international agencies focus on their print models and sending them to work in other countries. If they do that, it's almost always their taller print models and not the shorter ones. So it's important that you know that. But that's not to say there aren't shorter print models working in other countries because there are but it isn't as common of a practice as with fashion and runway models (male and female).
