Hey there, Anonymous!

When titling the files for snapshots you plan on emailing, you can use your first and last name. If attaching more than one photo, you can add a bit more information to the name. For example, let's say you're about to email a headshot, full body and profile shot to an agency. You could title the photos something along the lines of:

- JaneDoe_Headshot
- JaneDoe_Full Body
- JaneDoe_Profile

or

- Jane Doe Headshot
- Jane Doe Full Body
- Jane Doe Profile

Titling them all with your first and last name may be confusing for the person receiving the files so adding that extra info about the type of photo it is will help agencies know which image file they're about to open. 

But if these are hard copy snapshots you will be printing out and submitting, then you need to write the following information on the back of each one:

- Full Name
- Age/DOB
- Measurements
- Phone Number
- Email Number

Typically, that phrase is "agency speak" for politely saying you aren't what they're looking for. If you don't meet the physical requirements stated -- for example, if it was a fashion agency you were talking to and you weren't within their stated height or size range, that would be a common response. Or it could mean that your look isn't one that they feel is currently in demand at the moment and they don't want to take the chance of signing you, only to have you sitting on roster the entire time without any traction.  While it's not a great response to receive, it is their polite way of saying no, thank you. Now that you have a definite answer from that particular agent, you can move on to submitting to others and hopefully find the one that you are the right type for. Best of luck to you!
